Meet Gerard MacLellan
Owner, FTM Energy LLC
With a passion for building science and energy efficient HVAC design principles, Gerard MacLellan brings 30+ years of experience to his role as owner and principal at FTM Energy LLC. Gerard’s years of field experience designing and installing HVAC and hydronic systems, as well as facility management experience complement his design and leadership capabilities.
Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HVAC Engineering Technology from Ferris State University and is certified as a Home Energy Rating System (HERS) – Rater from RESNET.
He also holds a Master Plumbing/Gasfitting License in Massachusetts. And he has completed certified training to facilitate Energy Efficient Mortgages, from start to finish.
